Kong Hua School is a Chinese-Filipino educative community imbued with Christian Values, committed to excellence in the service of God and Humanity.

Inspired by this vision, we will form young men and women who

• foster and enrich Chinese and Filipino cultures as a preservation of both heritage;

• collaborate actively in the mission of the Church through New Evangelization;

• engage in continuous innovation to achieve academic competence for global significance;

thus, they become dynamic agents of social transformation.

Kong Hua School believes that the education of the whole person builds a society of peace and universal brotherhood under the one Fatherhood of God.

• In keeping with its vision and mission, Kong Hua School aims:

  • to become a community of believers composed of students, educators, parents, alumni, and other lay collaborators. They hope to:

    1. manifest their love for Jesus and practice the Gospel values that He Himself taught and lived;

    2. show commitment to Christian faith by practicing social Justice with preferential option for the poor;

  • to sustain the standards of excellence in which educators are active agents of change. By their scholarliness and by their witness of life especially in dedication and service, they challenge their students to:

    1. apply 21st century skills in achieving academic competence by utilizing their God-given talents and potentials;

    2. utilize the advancement of information, media and technology with conscience;

    3. use their freedom with responsibility;

    4. form the habits of discernment, reflection, self-discipline,. intellectual concentration and critical judgement before diverse forms of social media propaganda and counter with Gospel values;

    5. inculcate love and care for mother earth;

    6. create a culture of research;

    7. strengthen linkages in both local and international partnered institutions;

  • to build a micro-society of which teachers and parents are the adult models. By their lives, they inspire the students to:

    1. live out the virtue of love of family, filial piety and hard work;

    2. manifest sensitivity to the needs of others and respect for others’ rights;

    3. extend service to others and gradually commit themselves to work for justice and peace;

    4. nurture, enrich and practice the Filipino and Chinese traditions, cultures and ideals, exerting all efforts to contribute in nation-building as citizens;

    5. acquire a sense of solidarity with all men and women, with a conviction that we belong to one big family with God, as our loving father
