Enrollment Procedure

Enrollment

POLICY STATEMENT

It is the policy of Kong Hua School to adopt an efficient, fast and systematic enrollment procedure.

GUIDELINES

Enrollment is the formal act of Kong Hua School in admitting a person who applies as a pupil or student. It is conditioned on payment of the required fees and compliance by the applicant and his parents/guardians with the policies, rules and regulations for admission. Once complied with, the reciprocal relationship between the pupil/student and his parents/guardians, on one hand, and Kong Hua School, on the other hand, begins involving rights, duties and responsibilities for both.

The act of enrollment confirms the fact that the pupil or student and the parents/guardians have so agreed to abide by the policies, rules and regulations of Kong Hua School.

Enrollment is conducted during a designated period. No enrollment shall be entertained once the designated period ends.
